To cope with the growing property market in China, WGD Real Estate is looking for high calibers to join our sales & marketing team. Reporting to Sales & Marketing Managers, you will be involved in the expanding sales & marketing functions of the company.
Business Development Manager
Responsibility: Extending our service and business.
Requirement:
1. The candidate needs to be successful within the Beijing Real-Estate Field. Experience in management and strategic planning will be an incentive.
2. Business development skill, good command of English is needed but not essential and good communication skill. High commission.
3. Immediate available preferred.
4. Elegant appearance and behavior, mature and easy-going.
5. Have experience of dealing with HR people of multi-national companies.
Sales Manager (commercial office & retail)
Requirement:
1. Fluent in English is preferable but not essential, Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
2. The candidate needs to be successful within the Beijing Real-Estate Field.
3. Sale’s experience is also needed
4. Immediate available preferred
Sales Consultant (Leasing & Sale)
Responsibility：Serve customers mainly Europe and America with professional property leasing service. 3 positions are available: investment, commercial and residential section.
Requirement:
1. Fluent in English, excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
2. Responsible, reliable and hardworking. Needs to be a good team-player..
3. Immediate available preferred
4. More than one year relevant working experience, familiar with expatriate leasing service.
5. Prefer 1 year working experience in real estate or related business. Have working experience in service business or experience of dealing with westerners (Minimum requirement if you have no experience from a property agency)
