金融中后台运营分析师(夜班)/ Operations Associate (Nightshift)
（工作时间为下午至凌晨）
主要职责：
- 对冲基金（股票/债券/衍生品）的交易处理
- 与客户、主经纪人、托管人核对交易记录、资金、持仓等信息，解决交易误差，确保交易数据完整和准确
- 熟练运用彭博(Bloomberg)软件查找海外证券的公司编码、市场价格及股息债息等信息
- 客户衍生品保证金管理
- 与美国总部、客户紧密合作，高效、及时的解决问题
岗位要求：
- 金融、财务或会计专业本科及以上学历
- 有志于在金融服务行业发展，能熟练操作办公室软件（特别是数据表格）
- 思路清晰、考虑问题细致、分析解决问题及学习能力强，有良好的英语沟通能力
- 有良好的团队合作精神，能在紧张的工作环境中很好的完成任务
Job Responsibility
- Basic understanding of settlements for generic equities, fixed income and derivative products
- Conduct daily trade capture and confirmation
Process trades
Perform cash and holding reconciliations
Confirmation of client trades by phone, fax or electronic mail
Identify trade breaks and resolve discrepancies
- Process Corporate Actions for securities held in client portfolio, including cash and stock dividends, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure all client trades are booked properly into system
- Collateral Management
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Computer skills and proficient in spreadsheets and word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment
